Paulette Watson MBE is the Founder and CEO of Academy Achievers and a Global AI & Digital Inclusion Leader working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, education, workforce development and responsible innovation.
With more than two decades of experience across technology, digital transformation and skills development, she champions practical approaches to building Africa’s AI human infrastructure and creating pathways that connect education, industry and emerging technology.
Through Academy Achievers and the Global #BeMe Digital Inclusion programme, Paulette works with young people, women and girls, educators, universities, technology companies and industry partners to strengthen AI and STEM skills, mentoring, career readiness and access to opportunities.
She is also an AI Leadership columnist for Business & Financial Times Ghana, where she explores AI adoption, governance, infrastructure, skills and Africa’s position in the global AI economy.
Awarded an MBE for her contribution to STEM | AI education, Paulette brings a UK, Ghanaian and wider Pan-African perspective to conversations about how Africa can develop the talent, leadership and ecosystems required to compete in the AI economy.
