He currently sits on the boards of the All Faith Medical Centre and Corps Africa Ghana, where he serves as a guardian of Corps Africa’s values, providing strategic guidance, oversight, and ensuring the highest standards of governance.
A cornerstone of Ghana’s Toastmasters community, Papa is the nation’s first Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and a Top 100 Speaker (2017), with over a decade of leadership, including roles as Division Director for District 94 and sponsor of close to 20 clubs. His passion for community-building has birthed impactful initiatives like Me Hemaa, Oheneba, TEЖONNECT, and Health Sector Connect, each a testament to his conviction that empowered individuals can transform societies. With 30 years of experience spanning Tech, e-governance, leadership coaching, and event management, Papa excels as a keynote speaker, executive coach, and facilitator of strategy sessions, team-building activities, and workshops.
His global perspective, forged in Africa, North America, and Asia, blends with his Ghanaian roots to inspire diverse audiences. A creative thinker, he’s also the author of I Dream of Ghana (2023) and creator of The Adinkra Album (2020), infusing his work with philosophical depth and cultural resonance.
