Kwabena A. Prempeh is the founder of MOTI Technology and a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience in enterprise IT, systems engineering, and
government technology leadership. Kwabena began his career in 2002 as a Senior Helpdesk Analyst at Comcast Cable Communications, now Xfinity, where he supported corporate, executive, and VIP clients and developed expertise in high-stakes technical service delivery. From 2006 to 2008, he served as an Information Technology Specialist at T. Rowe Price, focusing on enterprise systems
support and infrastructure operations. He then joined Sun Microsystems, now part of Oracle Corporation, as a Senior Systems Engineer from 2008 to 2010, contributing to the
development and optimization of UNIX operating systems.
In 2010, Kwabena transitioned to public service with the United States government, where he held multiple leadership roles in Information Technology Management and led
modernization initiatives across complex federal environments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cape Coast in 1999 and holds professional certificates from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and The Johns Hopkins University. Most recently, he completed an advanced certificate in Artificial Intelligence in Applied Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agents at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
Kwabena’s technical expertise is reinforced by industry certifications including CompTIA Security+, Oracle 10g DBA, Sun Certified Systems Administrator (SCSA), Certified Security
