Judith O. Koranteng is Managing Counsel at Koranco at Law and a leading legal advisor to technology-enabled businesses at the forefront of financial technology, digital and virtual assets. She is currently spearheading the regulatory expansion of a global payment orchestration platform and a cryptocurrency exchange into 13 African jurisdictions, and is advising a financial services group on a $50 million capital raise to invest into technology enabled businesses in Africa. She is the legal adviser and an Executive Council Member of the Chamber of Digital Assets and Blockchain Innovation. Judith’s broader practice spans cross-border business structuring (Ghana, the United States, Cayman Islands, and Mauritius), international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital fund formation, private placements, and regulatory compliance. Judith has structured a $20 million venture fund deploying into African technology start-ups. She routinely structures complex transactions across Ghana, the United States, the Cayman Islands, and Mauritius, and is a sought-after voice on digital asset regulation, engaging directly with regulators and industry chambers on policy. Judith holds a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. She is admitted to the New York, New Jersey, and Ghana Bars.
