Isaac Newton Acquah is an Austrian-Ghanaian innovation strategist and facilitator known for making emerging technology usable – translating AI, blockchain, and digital trade from
abstraction into decisions executives and founders can act on the same week. Over 15+ years he has trained startup founders, SME leaders, and C-suite and board-level audiences across Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Uganda, South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and pan-African cohorts spanning 20 countries. His work includes the AI Masterclass for Trade Promotion Organisations under ITC’s EU-funded MARKUP II programme, the “AI for Hubs” framework delivered to 40 innovation hubs under ITC/KOICA in Sierra Leone board-level AI governance training for state agencies in Ghana, and Train-the-Trainer programmes on e-commerce and digital trade for GIZ across Ghana and Nigeria.

On emerging technology, he delivered the keynote at the Ethereum Foundation’s Blockchain for Governance convening in Addis Ababa, spoke on carbon credits at Mobile World
Congress Kigali, and has facilitated regional workshops on data governance for UNECA and on the AfCFTA Digital Trade Protocol for GIZ and the ECOWAS Commission.
He is a co founder of The Innovation Spark, National Project Coordinator with the International Trade Centre, co-author of Ghana’s AI Practitioners’ Handbook, and creator of
the AI Advantage Playbook. UK and Austria educated ( BSc, University of Warwick and MSc, WU Vienna), he works between Accra and Vienna.
