Emmanuel Apau Siaw, an ICT professional with over 17 years of experience in IT service management, system administration, and application support within the banking and financial sector.
He currently serves as the Deputy Head, ICT Service Desk Analyst / Application Support Administrator at Zenith Bank Ghana, where he provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, manages enterprise applications, and contributes to operational efficiency and business continuity.

Over the years, Emmanuel has developed strong competencies in ITIL-based service delivery, cybersecurity and ethical hacking, Active Directory administration, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, data analytics (Power BI), network security, and enterprise systems such as Ethix, Phoenix, and T24. He is also skilled in technical documentation, end-user training, and ICT governance aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.

He holds several professional certifications, including ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, AI Ethics, Risk and Compliance, CyberOps (Cisco), ITIL 4, AI & Machine Learning in Security, and multiple credentials in Power BI, data analysis, and cybersecurity. He also holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) and earlier diplomas in hardware engineering, networking, and IT support.

His dedication to technology excellence has earned me global recognition, including the World CIO 200 Global Champion and Global Master Awards across Ghana, South Africa, and Egypt. He is a recipient of the Zenith Service Icons Award (2023), acknowledging my contribution to IT service quality and user satisfaction.

Emmanuel is passionate about using technology to support organizational transformation, strengthen cybersecurity resilience, and empower people through knowledge sharing. He continue to contribute to the growth of the digital ecosystem by promoting innovation, ethical technology practices, and professional development across Africa.
