Elikplim Sabblah is a Technical Advisor at GIZ Ghana, working on the FAIR Forward – AI for All project within the Digital Transformation Center (DTC).
In this role, Elikplim focuses on AI policy advisory, open AI resource accessibility and, capacity building to foster inclusive and sustainable AI development in Ghana.
Elikplim has worked on the development of Ghana’s National AI Strategy, collaborating with the Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation through the agency of the Data Protection Commission. With a strong background in data science, monitoring and evaluation, project management, and stakeholder engagement, Elikplim is working towards enhancing AI accessibility, local innovation, and responsible AI adoption in Ghana.
