With academic training in Land Economy (BSc) and Facilities Management (MSc), Aba has been at the forefront of integrating data-driven valuation, digital property assessment tools, AI-enabled construction monitoring, and smart-facility management systems into traditional real-estate and construction workflows. Aba’s project experience includes overseeing residential and mixed-use developments from concept to completion, deploying technologies such as BIM, drones, and AI-driven progress reporting, and applying predictive analytics for budgeting, timelines, and materials management.
