Kwasi is a technology executive and independent adviser focused on how financial institutions govern and scale artificial intelligence responsibly. He currently leads technology delivery on a cyber remediation programme for a major international financial institution, with a particular focus on the governance disciplines — data security, model risk, and third-party oversight — that increasingly define safe AI adoption in regulated environments. He holds an education from London Business School.
A former Chief Transformation Officer at Fidelity Bank Ghana with direct board-level accountability for the Bank’s transformation agenda, Kwasi brings a benchmarking discipline drawn from best-in-class AI governance programmes across Africa, right-sized for institutions navigating automation-rich, data-constrained realities. He speaks and advises on turning AI governance from a compliance burden into a competitive advantage — building the board-level direction, policy scaffolding, and organisational capability that let institutions adopt AI quickly and defensibly.
