Kwaku Osei Asare is a Ghanaian lawyer and Partner of HB&O Legal PRUC. He has nearly two decades of experience in litigation, arbitration, corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, property, employment, insolvency and restructuring.
He has advised and represented individuals, businesses and institutions in complex commercial and public law matters. Beyond legal practice, Kwaku has a strong interest in public policy, constitutional governance and the impact of emerging technologies on law, institutions and society.
He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2007 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Ghana and professional qualification from the Ghana School of Law.
