Previously, Kwame served as Director of FinTech and Innovation at the Bank of Ghana, where he led the licensing and supervision of payment service providers and spearheaded major initiatives including Ghana’s central bank digital currency, the eCedi, and the development of regulatory frameworks for digital financial services.
