With over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Ha has held senior leadership roles spanning sales, engineering, and enterprise architecture, consistently driving innovation and digital transformation.
At Microsoft, Ha previously served as CTO for Tech for Social Impact and CTO for Education, helping charities, schools, universities, and cultural institutions adopt digital technologies to advance their missions. Before joining Microsoft, she held enterprise architecture roles at Tesco Stores Ltd and Reuters, where she influenced global IT strategy and innovation.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Ha is deeply committed to social causes. She serves as a Board Trustee for CAST (Centre for the Acceleration of Social Technology) and as an AI Adviser to the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), guiding nonprofits on their AI journey. She is also an active community volunteer, supporting a mental health charity and accessibility initiatives.
